What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

What is a worry-free label?

I went with Easy Terra

I went with Easy Terra as you are UK based. I had already invested Noleggiare in Chiusi but felt the slight extra cost of going with you was worth while for peace of mind. You had done the work on the deals and relationship with a good local car hire provider. Your website was clear and easy to use. When I turned up in Chiusi everything was ready. They were expecting me. Similar car (Citroen cf Opel, I think) that fitted the bill. Effectively hassle free which is what I wanted! And you are very competitive compared with big brand names so reassuring you deliver quality service at a reasonable price.

I was not aware of

I was not aware of EasyTerra but was referred there by the woman who was our BnB host in Rome. EasyTerra's website is intuitive and easy to navigate. In particular, it is probably that EasyTerra is designed to accommodate English speakers that made it much easier. I wish there was a way for English speakers to find EasyTerra because it is not prominent when I did earlier web searches. I will refer anyone to your site and service.

Easy terra arranged everything and was easy to use. We did have some email confusion during booking as I received confirmation of the booking and then received an email that said there was a delay in confirming the car in country. I expected to receive a follow up confirmation but had to request another email that removed the hold. All was solved. Thank you.

The information was insufficient, and/or insufficiently clear to allow us to reach the rental location comfortably.

Chiusi Train Station lies on the Rome - Florence railway line. From the south of Tuscany, Chiusi is an excellent starting point to visit the extraordinary cities of Montepulciano/Pienza. The historical city of Chiusi is located in the province of Siena. The station has 7 railroad lines for passenger trains. Both regional and intercity trains stop here. Tracks 3 and 4 are mainly used for trains to Florence and Rome. The trains run very regularly.

Transportation

Do you want to visit the surroundings of Chiusi? Besides the train, buses are a good alternative. The bus station lies in front of the train station on the Piazza Dante. Renting a car is an ideal means to visit the beautiful southern part of Tuscany and Chiusi. The parking lot for long-term parking can be found opposite the railroad lines. You can park your car here for free for several days.
