“Alteration of booking was easy I booked some time in advance of trip, asked to change a vehicle drop off location and switch things around, all happened over an email easily. Process works well. I also used a competitor and both were equally as good. In the US cars were good and service was good. Pays to read the conditions ahead of getting to US to know your rights. Insurance Collision Damage Waiver is a must. Saved me a couple of times. Our "One way fee" which we knew about cost more than the rental. However you also pay tax on the one way fee. so "One Way $500 USD VAT not incl paid locally" means it will cost about $550USD with 10% VAT that you will pay in US either when you pick up car or when you drop it off. We misunderstood so the extra $50USD was unexpected.”
