Bratislava Airport in a nutshell
The airport of Bratislava is located nine kilometres to the north-east of the city centre. Cities like Vienna (Austria) Brno (Czech Republic) are located but a few hours by car from the airport.
There is no train connection to the airport. Every 10 or 20 minutes, there is a bus to the train station of Bratislava. By car, travel time to the city centre is 15 minutes.
In Bratislava there are plenty of hotels. At the airport, however, there are no hotels. There are a limited number of shops and places to eat and drink.
There are two VIP Lounges (for a maximum of 20 and 50 people) respectively. In addition, there are limited business facilities (faxing, copying). At the airport there are banks, exchange offices and cash machines. There are coin-operated telephones and there is a First Aid station that can be called via the general service desk in the arrival hall. The airport is accessible to disabled people.
