What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

What is a worry-free label?

To be honest never heard of EasyTerra, good reviews, excellent price and using mainstream rental company so booked with them. Booked approx 8 months in advance, large Toyota Fortuna. EasyTerra e-mailed the week before booking with clear details on how to collect car and details regarding how to decline insurance as full insurance included with the EasyTerra booking. Booking was excellent, no problems, seamless, great communication. Would recommend and will use them again.

I entered BKK as the

I entered BKK as the location for my rental. For the second time I managed to book the rental car at the WRONG airport, i.e. NOT Suvarnabumi but the other one. Given that Suvarnabumi is the main airport in Thailand there should be some sort of warning on your website that warns people if they are about to book at an airport different from Suvarnabumi.

Phuket Airport is the second-busiest airport of Thailand (after Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport), because the island of Phuket is a popular tourist destination.

The airport is situated nearby the holiday resorts on the west coast and 32 kilometers north of Phuket City. There are no trains on Phuket, but directly after flight arrivals a shuttle bus runs via several popular hotels to the island's capital. The airport is easily reachable by car, because the island's main road runs along the airport.

The airport offers a reasonable number of restaurants, cafés, and (snack) bars and there are also about ten shops, including four duty-free shops. Apart from basic business services in the VIP lounge there are no business facilities at Phuket Airport. For meeting and conference rooms you need to turn to the larger resorts on the island. The airport offers wireless internet (Wi-Fi). Other facilities at Phuket Airport include exchange offices, ATMs, and a post office.
