Car hire Bergerac Station

General information

Bergerac Train Station is located in the northern part of the city on Avenue du 108ème. Bergerac is situated in the southwest of France in the Dordogne region. The river of the same name runs straight through the city and divides Bergerac into two.

Transportation

From the station you can take a city bus or a regional Veolia bus. The latter go to Périgueux and Eymet. There's a taxi stand outside the station. You can also rent bicycles in Bergerac at approximately 800 meters from the station. You can arrange for a bicycle to be waiting for you by contacting Apolo Apolo (Tel. 05 53 57 72 08). If you want to explore the Dordogne on your own you can also rent a car in Bergerac. There's an Avis on the Cours Alsace Lorraine, at only 100 meters from the station. Turn right when you exit the main entrance and it'll be the first street on your left.

The station has ticket offices and ticket machines. There are also self-regulating restrooms.

Restaurants

If you want to eat something you can find a large choice of restaurants opposite the station's main entrance on the Avenue du 108ème.

Shops

There's a Relay kiosk. This international chain offering magazines, newspapers, books and related products, has long opening hours at Bergerac Station. Outside the station on the Avenue du 108ème you'll find several other shops, including a Tabac.
