General information

Granada Train Station is situated fairly close to the center on the Avenida de los Andaluces. It's a 15-minute walk to the center. This exceptional city is located deep in the south of Spain, in Andalusia, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. In Granada you'll find the Alhambra, one of Spain's best-known monuments. This enormous palace contains many relics from both the Moorish and Catholic times. It's definitely worth a visit.

Transportation

Do you want to explore Granada? Taxis are available just outside the station. You can also take a taxi on the Avenida de la Constitución. This is also cheaper. If you want to continue your journey by bus you have to walk about 200 meters straight ahead upon leaving the station. This is where the city buses stop. If you want to go to the center you have to take lines 3 or 33. If you prefer to rent a car to explore the surroundings, you can find National Altesa and Europcar just outside the station. Leave the station through the main exit and walk straight ahead. You'll find the car rental companies after 100 meters on your right-hand site.

Services

There's a company where you can store your luggage opposite the station. There's also an information desk for tourists. Tickets can be bought at a ticket office inside the station. Luggage trolleys are available.

Restaurants

There's a small coffee shop at Granada Station. If you want more choice, you'll find several restaurants near the station at 200 meters on the Avenida de la Constitución.

Shops

There are no shops at the station. Opposite the station you can buy something to drink, snacks, and regional maps.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
