Goedkoop en eenvoudig, wellicht wat meer oog voor details
Goede ervaringen, nu de 2e keer dat ik via EasyTerra een auto huur. De prijzen zijn goed en het is overzichtelijk om de site te gebruiken. Wellicht zou er wat meer oog kunnen komen voor de verschillen tussen de auto's en de 'kleine lettertjes' zodat direct duidelijk is of er bijvoorbeeld zelf moet worden getankt of dat dit wordt afgekocht.

Prima service, alleen waren mijn klantgegevens niet doorgestuurd aan de verhuurder, waardoor er toch nog redelijk wat papierwerk noodzakelijk was.

Slight hiccup in Geneva
I have used EasyTerra often and usually been very happy with the results. Just this last time, though, I would have liked to rent a car at Geneva airport and drop it off in town. The system didn't allow me to do that so I had to trawl individual rental companies.

Unfortunately, I have recently received traffic tickets in Italy and the UK which were unjustified. It is extremely difficult to get these reimbursed as the rental company automatically charges them to your creadit card and adds a disproportional handling fee for that.
It wold be great if something could be done about that.

I Always use Easy Terra to find a rental car when traveling to the UK. The service is great and when I had to cancel a booking once getting a refund was so easy and the refund was paid back within 24 hrs. Recommend them as your first choice
the one part of my trip that I have nothing to worry about
I have made use of this site many times over the past years, always happy with the service provided. I have recommended this site to many friends and travel forums due to the simplicity to book and compair cars. I do have some suggestions, to start with I always end up researching the model of the car to get a more informative knowledge of the car size and interiors, including to luggage space. An other suggestion is to provide the user with more information on how to get to the front desk of the car rental companies as some airports are a bit of a problem to get around then others (especially when you need to get a bus to go to the pick up area) Contact details of the rental office, on my last pick up my flight was delayed and the desk had closed by the time i arrived, (managed to find the desk representative who very kindly reopened not to leave me wait 6 hours till the next day) I explained that the flight had been delayed and he suggested to call them to let them know butI had no contact details for their desk.
On an other occasion I wanted a car with snow tiers and not chains, I put down the remark but I only found out that they did not have snow tiers when I got to the pick up, if there was a way to ask questions online and get an answer I would be able to make a better choice.
An other thing which I think could help your clients is to give them a small lesson on how to pick up and return a car. What I mean is that from past experience I have learnt to take photos of the car condition, rental contracts, milage, fuel level and interiors before and after use. This has saved me from car rental ripoffs on various occasions.
One last thing, on a recent lease from you I took a full cover as usual for a car rented from eurocar. On picking up the car the desk rep asked if I wanted to take a full cover and I told him that I took a cover with the car rental broker. He looked at the papers and noted that the excess they require by his company was by far higher then the one insured with you.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?
To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
Are there any additional costs?
In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).
What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?
In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
What is a worry-free label?
This label indicates that a rental car satisfies the following requirements: Unlimited kilometers, no excess liability (and no excess cover available), sustainable energy policy, and that the car rental company has a good reputation. Availability of cars satisfying these four requirements will speed up the selection of a suitable vehicle for you.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).
When will I get a confirmation of my booking?
Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
