General information
Paris Gare d’Austerlitz is one of the largest stations in and around Paris. It's located on the left bank of the Seine near Gare de Lyon in the 13th district. The station handles about 25 million passengers annually. Besides high-speed trains and regional trains, night trains run to Orléans, Barcelona and Madrid. The station has two entrances, one on the side of the Seine on the Quai d’Austerlitz (Cour Seine), and the other one on the Cour de L’Arivée, which connects with the Boulevard de L’Hôpital (Cour Muséum).
Transportation
Do you want to visit this metropolis? Buses stop at the exits Cour Seine and Cour Muséum; here you can also find taxi stands with various taxi companies. Underneath the station you'll find subway station Austerlitz. If you have to go to Gare du Nord, you need to take subway line 5 in the direction of Bobigny - Pablo Picasso. You can also rent a car at Paris Austerlitz with Avis. Take the exit Cour Muséum and turn right. After 50 meters you'll find Avis on your right hand. The station's parking garages can be accessed from both sides of the station.

Ticket offices can be found in the Seine concourse and the information desk for tourists on level -1 near the RER C. The station also has a lost-and-found office, lockers, restrooms and showers, phone booths, snack and soft-drink dispensers, ATMs, and Wi-Fi.

There are cafés on platforms 13 and 14. In both Departure halls there are several takeout restaurants. Near the exit Cour Muséum there's a shop selling regional products.
